We offer pole fitness and flexibility classes for people of all ages, levels and backgrounds.
Our instructors have individual approach to each student and use innovative techniques to ensure safe and effective progress.
WHAT IS POLE
Pole dance is a type of sport which involves elements of dance and acrobatics centred on a vertical pole.
This form of physical exercise significantly builds muscular strength, flexibility and endurance. It can be performed on two types of pole: static and spinning.
Pole dance has been rapidly gaining popularity since early 2000s and there are various pole dance competitions and championships held in many countries around the world.
INSTRUCTOR: LUÍSA
Luísa has been pole dancing for 5 years. She started her practice in one of the oldest schools of pole dance in Brazil. Luísa took part in various workshops with the world-renowned pole dancers such as: João Afonso, Oona Kivela, Hanka Venselaar, Laure Quinquempois, and Natalia Wojciechowska.
Luísa belives in pole dance as a form of personal empowerment, besides being a type of physical and mental exercise, that enables you to feel free, express yourself and feel more confident in your own body.
INSTRUCTOR: MASHA
Masha started pole dancing 4 years ago and fell in love with this sport immediately. She has been practicing pole dance in Poland, Ukraine and Portugal, and has participated in various pole and stretching workshops with some of the best dancers and athletes, such as: Oona Kivela, Hanka Venselaar, Alexander Abalyaev, Ksenia Kochenkova, Natalia Wojciechowska and many others.
She admires pole dance for its diversity, elegance and expression. For her pole dance is a combination of sport and art, which looks elegant and effortless, but is also powerful and requires a great deal of strenght. Masha is excited to teach pole and share her passion with others.
